ARC Heist Foiled

Police today uncovered an elite ring of international black market art dealers. The clue which clinched the arrest came when a unique item of oriental jewellery was found in the strong room of the Council Chamber, Guildhall, Kingston which was not part of the inventory. Access to the strong room is monitored 24 hours a day and nobody, including the ARC speakers, has access to this room on special instruction from Dr Chamuel, organiser of this year’s ARC. Arrests have also been made in Holland, Norway, China, Japan and Brazil. The police believe another four suspects are still at large and will be issuing descriptions shortly, in case they decide to come to ground in the UK, when these descriptions have been issued by the relevant authorities.
