This is a really quick post to say that I have created a journaling playbook to help you get started with journaling. It’s built around a short morning session and another short evening session – both around 10 minutes.
Each session blends gratitude to enhance your mood and mental state (which we could all do with right now), planning and goal setting (the easy edition) and the all-important analysis (core journaling) plus a handful of other tips.
In the playbook are two templates you can use to fill in each day, or adapt to your preferred medium.
