  • Blender


  • 270 ml M&S Fresh Blood Orange Juice
  • 2 scoops Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 8 Blackberries
  • 1 scoop Arbonne InnerCalm Powder


  • Pour the juice into the blender
  • Add the Arbonnne Protein Powder
  • Add the banana
  • Add the blackberries
  • Add the Arbonne InnerCalm Powder
  • Blend & Drink


This is a quick-and-easy smoothie you can blend to kick-start your day, or have at any time to give you an injection of natural fruit, protein and other essential nutrients without the fuss. The added InnerCalm also helps boost your mood and manage your stress. The whole smoothie is vegan with no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners; no high fructose corn syrup, dairy or soy; and no gluten.
I use a NINJA QB3001UKMR Nutri 700W Blender which is compact, reasonably quiet and great for making one smoothie. The blender container is a perfect size and it comes with minimal attachments. I used to have a NutriBullet and a section of my cupboard stacked with different sized cups, lids, etc. which I never used.
I add the InnerCalm with Ashwagandha & Saffron Powder (from Arbonne) to help with calming, well-being, and stress management – which I think we can all benefit from. This vegan food supplement is formulated with sustainably sourced Ashwagandha (a powerful adaptogen) plus sustainably sourced Saffron to help manage occasional stress. It has a Peach Green Tea flavour and can be added to any drink (though in this smoothie you won’t notice this taste). No artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners; no high fructose corn syrup, dairy or soy. No gluten. So all good!
I prefer the Arbonne FeelFit Pea Protein (Chocolate Flavour) as my base protein, but there is a range of flavours to choose from. It supports overall health, energy and well-being, is vegan, and has over 20 grams of easy to digest protein derived from Peas, Cranberries and Rice. It also contains over 20 vitamins and minerals at about 20-30% of your RDA (including methylated forms of vitamin B12 and folate). No artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners; no high fructose corn syrup, dairy or soy. No gluten. So all good!
You can switch out the ingredients any way you like, but I have found the combination above to be my favourite combo (so far), though a tropical blend comes a close second.
