    The Mystery of Sound In my teens, I explored the mysteries through the study of different belief systems ranging from shamanism to Buddhism. I experienced various esoteric practices which are now finding their way into the mainstream. These included Tibetan Overtone Chanting and Singing Bowls.     I have been meditating since my schooldays – not all the time, but often enough to have developed a good practice.
