Written by spiritual teacher Michael A. Singer and narrated in the soothing voice of Peter Berkot, this guide is the perfect companion for centring oneself and unlocking peace through self-evaluation. You’ll learn more about your inner journey while gaining valuable skills to apply throughout your daily life, achieving inner freedom and total spiritual liberation along the way.

This is the advanced manual to a life of abundance and joy. Incredible.

It is an effective guide to unlocking the prisons we create for ourselves through inner mental constructs we make to protect our perceived fragility as directed by the ego. But by understanding exactly who we are – which is not the sum of our experiences, our mental chatter, our fears, our emotions, or any of that stuff – we can live a more expansive and vibrant life.

Every chapter is poignant and enlightening and stand-out points for me were:

  • The importance of death as a teacher of what it means to live freely.
  • The first section on awakening insight (sample below).
  • The way we block the flow of the infinite by giving power to the fleeting and locking it into our hearts, then using these blocks to justify our small actions.

It is a book I will be re-reading many times and taking notes.

Heres a short reading from the book by the author to get an idea of the insights.

We live in one of three states as Brendon Burchard says - caged, comfortable or charged - often one of the first two. But we aspire to a better life, a more charged life, one where we don’t feel trapped or stuck in a rut (yet comfortable), one where we don’t compromise and live a charged life. My purpose is to help you find your charge. I post updates about my own journey here and if you have any questions or would like any support, feel free to contact me or connect with me on any of the social networks.
